A little unsure of the crunchy ground

We got outside last weekend to enjoy what ttle color was left. I think that Ida and the six inches of rain she brought wiped out almost all of the fall colors that were left here in NC. We went on an "adventure" (that is what the kids call it) to Mom and Dad's back pasture. We got to see the wildlife- a dangerous herd of wild cows, witness the awe of Squirrel Creek actually having water
to flow in it, and enjoy the beautiful Carolina skies which provided the perfect backdrop for the remaining fall color.
